sgt...sgt sedap kek pisang ni ye...

assalamualaikum....N3 kali ni sempat di hapdate pada waktu malam bila semua org dah tidur..aman rasanya.kalo x,suasana rumah ni mmg bising dengan ketawa,jerit,nangis anak2 yg sedang mbesar ni.....sememangnya riuh..kekdg poning pun ada.....dah terlebey sabar pon ada.

Kek pisang ni resepinya lenda CNP dr Zarin....mabeles gitu rasanya...xmuak bila mkn...mmg sedap & disarankan bg sesape yg ada stok pisang lebih kat umah tu ..sila,silakan lah mencuba ye..

Ekceli wat kek pisang ni ptg sabtu aritu.hmm kejap je habis cam rasa x puas je makan...i'll make sure pasni nak wat lagi kek ni....mkn panas2 sodap bangat.so Zarin, tenkiu byk2 share tis resepi ye....& izinkan lenda tepek resepi ni kat sini....leb u zarin....hihihihihi



KEK PISANG

Sumber CNP: ZARIN

Ingredients

280 gm plain flour ( i used self rising flour, so i omit the soda bicarbonate n baking powder)-lenda guna tpg gandum jer

3/4 tsp soda bicarbonate

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

4 bananas ( i used 6 pisang lemak manis)(lenda guna 8 biji pisang lemak manis)

2 large eggs

200 gm granulated sugar (i used 150gm)

115 ml vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

125 ml buttermilk ( i don’t have buttermilk so, i substitute with 1 cup of milk and 1 tbs lemon juice, mix it together and leave for 5 minutes then add in the batter)

Method

preheat the oven at 180 degree

peel the bananas and mashed them with a fork

beat the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and light

add the oil, then the vanilla extract and mix well

add the mashed bananas and continue beating until well blended

pour in the flour and buttermilk alternately starting and ending with flour and don’t forget to add in your salt too.

continue beating until well blended and then pout the batter into the prepared baking pan

bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean…
