MILK PUDDING....(strawberry & jagung)


Nyaman.... sejuk...dingin....tenteram je rasanya bila milk puding ni lalu kat tekak bila dimakan...memang best ye,nak2 bila rasa susu & santannya balance...manis pun xsangat lah..just nice.pergh promote habis ni...


milk puding ni aku tgk kat umah semua kakak2 sifu dah buat..aku gak yg ketinggalan.so xnak ketinggalan jauh lagi,aku pun merajinkan diri ke dapur pg semalam...xlama pun buat puding ni.Resepi kali ni aku skodeng kat umah kak Yatt,aku pun derhaka skit lah kat resepi ni.aku letak esen strawberry & jagung.mabeles beb....so antara uolls yg nak cuba buat milk puding ni boleh tgk resepinya kat bawah sini ye...



MILK PUDDING

Ingredients:

600 ml water

120 gram sugar

8 gram agar agar powder

3 pandan leaves ( xletak pun)

300 ml milk (kalo xder stok susu segar kat umah,boleh guna susu cair )

200 ml coconut milk

A few drop of pandan paste (change to strawberry paste & corn paste)

1. In a medium size saucepan bring the water, agar agar power and pandan leaves to boil. Let it boil for 3 minute until agar agar powder dissolves.

2. Add in sugar; continue to stir until sugar dissolved. Lastly pour in the milk and coconut milk. Turn down the heat and bring the mixture to a slow simmer. Turn off the heat and remove the pandan leaves.

3. Remove ¾ of the mixture and add in a small drop of strawberry paste. Pour into prepared pan or mould. Let it set before pouring the balance of the agar agar (white portion) mixture on top. Let it set and serve cold.
